2. What data I process
- Communication and enquiries: name, email, company name and message content when you contact me by email or on LinkedIn.
- Booking a consultation: name, email, the chosen time and any note you enter in the Cal.com booking system.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access in the hosting provider’s server logs.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your browser (localStorage).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering enquiries and preparing offers: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performing contracts and accounting obligations: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- Security and operation of the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing tools: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
4. Recipients and processors
I do not sell personal data. To run the website and services I use these providers:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting)
- Cal.com, Inc. (appointment booking)
- the email service provider for the wiseworx.net domain
Where data is transferred outside the EU (for example to the USA), this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation: at most 2 years from the last contact.
- Contracts and accounting records: for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which the site asks again.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site only stores your consent choice. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no third-party servers are contacted when they load. The site currently uses no analytics or marketing tools. If they are added in the future, they will only run after your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@wiseworx.net.
If you believe the processing breaks the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
