By using the website and services you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
3. Description of services
Wiseworx provides consulting and implementation services in artificial intelligence, in particular:
- design and deployment of AI agents and workflow automation,
- AI strategy and implementation plans,
- setting up Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents in Copilot Studio,
- workshops and training.
The scope, dates and price of a specific engagement are set in an individual offer or contract, which takes precedence over these terms.
4. Payment terms
- Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice, usually 30 days.
- Late payments may be subject to interest under applicable law.
- Refunds are handled individually.
5. Intellectual property
Your data and content remain yours. Wiseworx retains the rights to its own methods, tools, general know-how and the content of this website. Custom solutions pass into your use upon full payment unless the contract says otherwise.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wiseworx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Outputs of AI tools require human review, and the client is responsible for their use in practice.
7. Termination
Either party may end the cooperation under the terms of the contract. After termination I return your data in a commonly readable format, and the duty of confidentiality continues.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement, otherwise by the competent court in Slovakia.
